We want you to feel secure with your surveillance investment, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all CCTV hardware and accessories. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all technical components and manuals included to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the camera equipment and all included cables or mounting brackets into the original box, ensuring it is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Hardware
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and reset the internal firmware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
